Role

The Finance Director operates as a support area within the City of Lowell and reports to the City Manager. Responsibilities includes treasury functions, accounting, periodic preparation and distribution of financial statements, revenue management, payroll, management of personnel records and benefits plans, financial reporting, risk management, and management of billing and collections of utility services.
