The Lowell Police Department’s traffic collision reports are currently not available online. Please see below the options for obtaining a copy of a traffic collision report:

• In-person at the Lowell Police Department located at 102 W. First Street, Lowell, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
• Have your insurance carrier send a self-addressed stamped envelope for a copy.
