BBQ Cookoff & Music in the Park

Join us on Saturday, May 11, at McCord Family Park in downtown Lowell for a BBQ Cookoff competition with free samples to the public. We will also have live music and Catawba Riverkeeper will be set up as a beverage vendor. The event opens to the public at 12 noon.
Judging will take place between 10:45-11:45am by the Lowell Community Committee with guest judges by Hillbilly’s Steaks & BBQ, Kyle Fletcher’s BBQ & Catering, El Pancho Villa, Groovy Beast, and Miami Fusion. Winners will be announced at 1pm.
McCord Family Park is located at 100 W. First Street, across from Lowell City Hall.
