Treat Walk

    Location

    Line-up starts at 3:45pm at the corner of Mill Street and E. First Street. The Treat Walk will begin promptly at 4:00pm and will conclude by 5:00pm.

    About

    • Local businesses will be handing out candy on this guided walk around one of our downtown blocks.
    • The group will be led by adult volunteers.
    • Police and City staff will also assist to ensure the children's safety.
    • Have your children get into costume for this fun event in Downtown Lowell!

    Interested Businesses

    There is no cost for businesses to participate! Businesses do not have to be located in downtown Lowell. For businesses that are interested in setting up along the route, please contact Cristy at ccummings@lowellnc.com or call (704) 824-3518, option 4.

Mobile Mammography by CaroMont Health

Just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Appointments are highly recommended. Call and book your appointment today by calling Lowell City Hall at (704) 824-3518, option 1.
    • Walk in appointments based on availability.
    • CaroMont Health accepts insurance for the Mobile Mammography and they also have a self pay option.
    • Grant funding is available for uninsured females that are over the age of 40 and meet income requirements. These grants are provided by the CaroMont Foundation.
