Welcome to the City of Lowell Parks and Recreation Department. Our goal is to meet the recreational needs of all of our residents as well as visitors in our wonderful city. We will continue to develop and bring new and exciting programs and events to all residents of this great City.

The Lowell Parks and Recreation Department's role is to create a healthy community through diverse and innovative recreation programming. We provide space to learn and play, space to be safe and secure, and space to create and imagine.
