Welcome to the city of Lowell Parks and Recreation Department. Our goal is to meet the recreational needs of all our residents as well as visitors in our wonderful city. We will continue to develop and bring new and exciting programs and events to all residents of this great City.

Registration:
Starts February 1, 2008 ends March 15, 2008

Registration is at City Hall or the Community Center at 501 W First St.

Registration fee: $25 to $45 (depending on sport and residency)

The Lowell Freedom Festival
 
The Lowell Freedom Festival will be held on May 31, 2008 and will start at 3: 00 pm. The event will be held at Harold Rankin Park located at 519 Park Circle. The festival features children’s rides, more than 50 crafts and food vendors, live music and the second annual Miss Freedom Festival. Vendors may download application below.
