New for 2014!                   City Survey (see front page of website for survey)

The Lowell City Council recently established a goal of developing a Vision and a Strategic Plan for the City of Lowell, containing both short and long range goals.

In deciding to develop the Plan, the City Council agreed that one of the most important factors in the success of a Community Plan is the degree to which the plan reflects the needs, concerns and desires of the citizens.

For these reasons the City Council feels that it is absolutely necessary and desirable to involve the citizens in the process of planning for the future of their city.

With that in mind, the City of Lowell would like all citizens to complete the enclosed survey.  Your answers will not only let city officials know what the city is doing well, but also where improvements are needed.

Please complete the enclosed survey for your household and return it to us in the envelope provided by February 1st.  We would like very much to include your comments in the process of planning for the future.

We will share the results of the survey with citizens once the comments have been compiled.  Thank you for your help with this important project!

Please return your completed survey with the enclosed envelope or return in person to City Hall no later than January 31, 2014
